This is my Story

I’m currently a medical office manager for a group of general surgeons, and I bring over a decade of hands-on healthcare experience to everything I do.

My career journey has been anything but one-dimensional — I’ve served as a 911 dispatcher, EMT, medical assistant, patient care tech, medical receptionist, and medical billing and coding specialist, along with many roles in between. This wide-ranging background gives me a unique perspective on how every part of a medical office connects, from the front desk to the operating room.

Outside of work, my greatest joy is being mom to my 5-year-old son — the love of my life and my biggest inspiration. He reminds me daily why balance, purpose, and passion matter.

With Medical Office Mastery, my mission is to help medical office managers and teams streamline operations, improve patient experiences, and create thriving, sustainable practices.
